Welcome to our house..

Welcome to our house…

It was just Christmas wasn’t it? It has been a whirlwind for us, baby Tilghman was born on
December 17th and was a perfect 8 pounds 14 ounces and a whopping 22 inches long. One week after that, it was Christmas day and two weeks later we moved into our new house. We have been having the best time and we are obsessed with our sweet, sweet boy! Although with all the chaos we are always asking “what day is it..?” Tilghman is the best baby, and has his sister and brother completely in love. I think we were a little worried about our Crew and how he would be with the new baby since he too is a “baby.” With that being said he could not be more perfect, he loves the baby and since day one has always wanted to give Tilly kisses and anything that he does during the day he always will make sure that “my baby” know. I may be biased but the most precious thing you will see all day is Crew doing flips over the arm chair or getting a boo boo and saying “show my baby, look baby.” Harper too has been in love and she is definitely the little boss around here. She makes sure to keep everyone in line, while loving on them at the same time. Tilghman sleeps like a champ and eats like a champ! He is the epitome of living the baby dream life. He sleeps through the night and even before now would only get up once; if he is not asleep he is eating or smiling at us. He never cries, and is in love with bath time, those sweet little cheeks are grins from ear to ear when he hits the water. Oddly enough it only took three tries to get one child that looks like me. Initially, when he was first born and they put him on my chest Russ and I kept saying he looks just like Crew! However, that quickly faded away when they cleaned him up and he was clearly over a pound bigger and two inches longer than the other two, with blonde hair! Over the past several months he has plumped up and continues to rock his own look. There is nothing I repeat nothing better than a new baby and it was a double bonus that we got our sweet boy as an early Christmas present. Can you say best Christmas present EVER! The only bad thing about having more and more kids is I’m realizing I will probably look 100 before I’m 40 because you love harder and worry harder for all your little besties. On the flip side the best thing about having two boys..I make them have matching outfits whenever possible! They will love looking back at that when they are teenagers..parent win!!We thought with everything we would maybe feel a little more out of control and taken over by little people but Tilly has just fit right in to our family like he has been here forever.  We just load him up and take him along for the ride. We may have a loaded down car and slightly more gear to haul around, yes, but hey what’s one more right? The kids absolutely love our new house, and I think that we can say we all are! We have so much more room and they love having our basement set up as their personal toy store. It also helps that our friends live right next door and they are always running back and forth from house to house playing! We are longing for warmer days so we can play outside, all these layers and bundling up of kids will wear a mama out, only to play outside for 10 minutes!  So if you need us we will be over here enjoying our sweet babes and hanging in until it decides to get warm again! Here's a couple pictures of our new house, and our new boo. Stay tuned for the room by room tutorial. XO
